Coronavirus Statement

To all our customers, vendors, employees, applicants, and the general public:

In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we, at Cogbill Construction, are taking steps to do our part to protect all stakeholders, as well as the community at large, from the spread of the disease, while doing our very best to maintain full operational capabilities to fulfill all our responsibilities, obligations, and deadlines.

As such, we have been reevaluating our Emergency Action Plan to accommodate for the current pandemic. We continue to do our best to gather only accurate information and to disseminate such information among our workforce and the entire community. For that purpose, we have established a committee made of employees to focus on this goal. For over a month now we have put in a concerted effort to educate and train our employees on proper hygiene and interaction practices, as well as improving their ability to identify possible infected persons based on the latest list of symptoms provided by the CDC and the World Health Organization.

Also, we have canceled all travel plans for our employees and are limiting visitors to our headquarters and production facilities. To combat the spread of the virus, a comprehensive action plan is in place for the proper cleaning of machinery, tools, offices, equipment, and all relevant surfaces in general. Specific delivery and pickup policies are already in place, to not only protect our employees but also our valued vendors and customers. Conference calls and video conferencing are being made available to all vendors and customers in lieu of face-to-face meetings, while job applicants can apply online using our website.

We will continue to operate under normal parameters to fulfill customers’ projects without hindrance, meet all deadlines, accept new projects and orders, and place orders with our vendors. We will continue to monitor local and national developments and adjust whenever necessary. We will post such changes, if any, on our website. We hope everyone will remain safe and play their part to help stop this pandemic as quickly as possible.
