In 1993, Wallace Cogbill, Jr. founded Wallace Enterprises in Vidor, Texas, and offered metal fabrication and general construction services to local markets. By 1999, the company had evolved into Cogbill Construction LLC, adding a full range of mechanical industrial services to the entire Gulf Coast region.
Cogbill Construction recognizes that customer loyalty is built on partnerships and win-win relationships. We foster these relationships with effective communication, attention to details, and responsive action. We seek not only to establish such relationships with our customers, but with our vendors, employees and all other stakeholders as well.
These principles have guided Cogbill Construction to pursue excellence and growth, seeking world-class certifications through ASME, AISC, AWS, ISNetworld, and Avetta, among others. We also employ many Lean Manufacturing methodologies such as 5S, Kanbans, the Visual Workplace, and PDCA cycles.
As a result of these efforts, today we offer a balanced mix of services and products. Our industrial construction division is complemented by our mechanical maintenance services division to support the growing local industrial complex. Also, our metal fabrication facility supports the needs of both divisions, as well as acts as a standalone entity in supporting a national need for fabricated metal components and products, especially custom-built industrial piping supports and accessories.
Our RedLineIPS brand of piping products is the culmination of these efforts, where our metallic offerings are complemented with composite products. This strengthens our support of customers whose piping systems suffer from corrosion; a problem many industrial customers face, especially near coastal regions and at off-shore facilities.
Cogbill Construction will continue to grow and integrate its products and services to offer them as turnkey solutions to its customers. Our reach is expanding to encompass global customers, to bring them our quality “MADE IN USA” custom products and manufacturing expertise.
