REDLINEIPS FLAT PAD
Cogbill’s RedLineIPS Composite FlatPad System delivers effective corrosion protection to industrial piping systems. Our flat pads are manufactured from a specially-formulated fiber-reinforced plastic (FRP) material. This proprietary material is UV stable and load tested to ensure peak performance in the most demanding environments such as marine, off-shore, and other highly corrosive environments. The RedLineIPS FRP FlatPads and epoxy combine to provide high shear and compressive strength, tested for 113,000 lbs. compressive load capacity.
RedLineIPS offers a complete Composite Flat Pads System that includes: Composite Flat Pad, Two-Part Epoxy, Epoxy Applicator Gun, Applicator Mixing Nozzle, and preparation and cleaning solutions, as well as full installation and training guides and services.
